Yes, all of our vacation homes are strictly non-smoking indoors. Guests may smoke outside or on the screen-enclosed balcony, if available. Any violation of this policy will result in a minimum $500 fee. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.

Is there a lost and found for forgotten items?
Yes! If you leave something behind in your vacation home, we’ll do our best to locate it. Please note that neither the homeowner nor Magical Vacation Homes is responsible for lost items. We partner with PAKMAIL for all returns, and guests are fully responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Is daily housekeeping included with the rental?
Each property is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Daily housekeeping is not included during your stay, and our cleaning team will not enter your vacation home unless arranged in advance. For your convenience, basic cleaning supplies such as a broom, mop, and vacuum are provided. If you’d like a mid-stay cleaning, please request it at least 48 hours in advance—standard cleaning fees apply.
