From the moment you step through the door, you will be blown away by the beautiful decor throughout. The open kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals for all with stainless steel appliances and everything you need. The dining area is adjacent and features a dining table with seating for up to 8 guests. Additionally, there is a breakfast island with seating for 6.
Right through the sliding patio doors, you will have your own private oasis. The pool area is newly extended to provide more fun for your vacation. It features a private pool, spillover spa, tiki bar with BBQ grill, and firepit. Soak up the Florida sun in one of the 6 sun loungers or unwind in the daybed. If looking for a little more fun, then challenge someone for a game of ping pong, basketball, mega chess, cornhole, or connect 4. You can even work on your golf game on your personal putting green. Everyone will have a great time by the pool area with all that it has. You can dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table with seating for 8. The tiki bar has seating for 4, a built-in BBQ with rotisserie where you can prepare a delicious meal and enjoy your favorite show on the 50-inch TV. There is also convenient access to a half bathroom through the covered lanai.

• Payment Terms - Outside of 60 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 20%, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Inside of 60 days of arrival full payment is required.• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.

• Bookings made within 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
