This stunning coastal mansion features a distinctive blue-toned façade with elegant balconies and a grand double-door entrance. Inside, soaring ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and a dramatic statement staircase create immediate impact, while expansive glass doors showcase panoramic golf course views.
Accommodations
Sleeping up to 32 guests across 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, Atlantis offers ten king suites with premium bedding, spa-inspired bathrooms, and private balconies. Two imaginative themed rooms delight younger guests: a superhero hideout with a climbing wall and slide, plus a nautical ship adventure room beneath a glowing galaxy ceiling.
Dining & Kitchen
The gourmet chef's kitchen features dual ovens, premium stainless-steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a marble island seating for 6. The formal dining table seats 23, with additional breakfast nooks and bar seating for 35+ total indoor dining capacity.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
