Enjoy one of the best outlooks in Reunion from the southeast-facing pool deck, unobstructed views of holes #7 and #8 of the beautiful Tom Watson golf course. The private pool has a spillover spa with an extended pool deck to maximize your enjoyment of the Florida sun! It includes table tennis and a BBQ. There is high-quality Polywood patio furniture such as a table with seating for 12, seating for 5 around the firepit, and 8 sun loungers. There are a child safety fence and a pool access door in place for the little ones.
Open planned floor plan, relax in the living room while watching Netflix movies on the 75 LED TV. In the evening bring down the huge motorized 150 projector screen to enjoy movies in surround sound or your favorite sports! The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops includes a Smeg toaster and Keurig coffee maker. The dining table seats 10. The amazing arcade games room has two Nascar racing games, Titan Air Hockey, 3 Across Skeeball, Basketball and Ghost Squad Evolution. Also a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One games consoles.
Downstairs there is a King Master bedroom with an en-suite and a second King bedroom. Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms, a King Master, and two bedrooms sharing a Jack n Jill bathroom, one has a custom-built surf van Twin/Twin bunk bed. The other is a large Superhero theme kids bedroom with two Full over Full custom-built bunk beds and a slide!

Terms And Conditions:
- Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
- Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
- Please note, some of the bedrooms in this home are designed to accommodate children, it does not accommodate 14 adults. This home sleeps 6 adults, the rest are bedrooms for designed for children 16 and under.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- Please note this home does not provide access to a garage.
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- The complimentary BBQ grill and fire pit are provided free of charge. The Property Manager and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guest s responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish Propane for the BBQ as required.
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- This property has exterior security cameras.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
- This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- Max of 6 cars per address
- Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.
