While staying in this property you will be able to use the majority of Reunion s amenities such as 6 swimming pools, bike hire, on-site restaurants, and bars. Please note this property does not have a Reunion Resort Club Membership needed to access additional amenities within the resort, including Reunion s Water Park, Tennis, and Golf.

*Balconies, patios, and lanais are not accessible. During 2023 - 2024 there may be construction occurring on the exterior of the building by the homeowners association; contact us for updates.

Welcome to Seven Eagles Joy. This 3 bed, 3 bath townhome is located in the heart of Reunion Resort - Seven Eagles just miles to the gates of Disney.

This is a two-level townhome, the living room and kitchen are upstairs. This elegantly decorated property has a comfortable living area with a large sofa and ample seating for everyone to relax and watch their favorite show or game on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The dining area offers seating for up to 6 guests at the wooden table. The fully-equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare from a mid-day snack to an elaborate meal while keeping up the modern feel with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

First-floor patio doors lead out to the private balcony with amazing nature views and seating for 4 and 2 lounge chairs to relax and soak in the Florida sun! This property can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The upstairs bedroom offers an ensuite king master bedroom. The bathtub is located in the bedroom and separate standup shower. The first-floor bedroom offers an ensuite king bed, the bathroom has a large bathtub and separate stand-up shower. You will also have private access to the patio with seating for 2. Lastly, the second bedroom on the first floor offers a king bed and a full bed along with a gorgeous view of the resort s nature and patio access. All bedrooms come with a wall-mounted flat-screen

  • A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm
  • Check-out time is 10:00 am
  • All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
  • Tax is not included in nightly rates
  • There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
  • Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
  • An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
  • The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
  • We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
