This spectacular home can accommodate up to 24 guests with nine master suites and two kids bedroom all with ensuite bathrooms. As you walk in you will be greeted by the beautiful foyer area and two master suites with king-size beds, 50-inch SMART TV, and ensuite bathrooms. Walk towards the spacious and open living area where you can find comfortable seating and enjoy the 70-inch SMART TV. You can also play your favorite selection of music throughout the day inside and outdoors with the SONOS system. Prepare delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, oversized refrigerator/freezer, and marble countertops. Enjoy all your meals at the large dining table that can seat up to 18 guests. There is also a breakfast bar that can seat up to 6 guests. The main master suite features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, 50-inch SMART TV, and access to the pool area. • Payment Terms - Outside of 60 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 20%, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Inside of 60 days of arrival full payment is required.• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
