On the main floor you will be greeted with a beautiful open concept floor plan with a living room, formal dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Relax in the living room with a 65-inch SMART TV in addition to a 120-inch projection screen with surround sound for an amazing movie watching experience. Cook delicious family meals in the kitchen fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and sit down to enjoy together at the formal dining table with seating for 8 guests.
Head out to the private courtyard pool area to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine with a custom pool with a spillover spa. Use the built-in BBQ grill to make a delicious dinner and enjoy dining al fresco at the outdoor table with seating for 8. The pool also features a pool fence for additional safety features.
After long days enjoying the incredible Orlando attractions, retreat back to the comfort of private bedrooms to relax. Located on the first floor is a king bedroom with a 50-inch SMART TV. Head upstairs to the second floor for another king suite, a plush bedroom with two full beds and a galactic getaway built just for the kids with a single over full bunk bed. The third floor features a spacious king bedroom with a balcony, ensuite bathroom, and 55-inch SMART TV.
Across the courtyard is the annex, offering more privacy and space for your guests in your party. There are two bedrooms which feature a king bed and a queen bed, both with SMART TVs.

• Payment Terms - Outside of 45 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 20%, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Inside of 45 days of arrival full payment is required.• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)

• Bookings made within 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
