This 3 bed, 3 bath townhome is located in the heart of Reunion Resort - Seven Eagles with the magnificent Seven Eagles 75 ft. by 45 ft. Infinity pool, The Cove bar and grille just a short walk away, and spectacular views of the Arnold Palmer Legacy golf course.

The exclusive Reunion Resort has world-class amenities such as infinity pools, a full-service spa, scenic walking trails, a fitness center, on-site fine dining, kids activities, and much more.

This is a two-level townhome, the living room and kitchen are upstairs. On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, and one queen master bedroom. This room includes a 50 Smart Tv and patio access. The second bedroom downstairs includes 2 full beds, a 50 Smart TV, and patio access. Lastly, the third bedroom is located upstairs with a king bed, a 55 Smart Tv, and private balcony access. This room shares the bathroom with the kitchen.

The open-planned living room is spacious allowing everyone to gather together and spend quality time. There is a 55 Smart TV and sofa. Walk out into the private patio with a beautiful view of the resort golf course. Terms And Conditions:

  • A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm
  • Check-out time is 10:00 am
  • All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
  • An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
  • There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
  • The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
  • Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
  • This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
  • We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
