Located in the upscale Reunion Resort community of Centre Court Ridge, this third-floor corner unit with beautiful views has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is in a great location.
This centrally located community consists of a swimming pool, playground, miniature golf, and a superior tennis facility equipped with 6 lighted courts and a pro shop. Centre Court Elegance is also just a short walk away from the Water Park, Seven Eagles Pool, the Cove Bar and Grill, and Fitness Center. Also, close by is the Grande hotel and clubhouse with its selection of restaurants and bars.
Being a corner unit, there is the benefit of extra light from the additional windows. This condominium is bright, spacious, has newly installed flooring and new furnishings. There is plenty of comfortable seating on the sectional sofa in the living room and a large 65" Samsung Smart TV, soundbar, DVD, and cable. There is a fully functional kitchen that is well-equipped with the latest stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops.
The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6. You can enjoy a home-cooked meal while on vacation or store and reheat take-out. Large sliding patio doors lead out to your own terrace balcony with additional dining for 4 and chairs for relaxing and watching the sunset.

Terms And Conditions:
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
