Welcome to Centre Court Gem! Located in the upscale Reunion Resort community of Center Court Ridge. This ground floor 3 bed, 3 bath condo is in a fantastic location, positioned in the centrally-located Reunion Resort community of Centre Court Ridge which has a playground, volleyball court. It is also only a short walk away from the Seven Eagles pool, and “The Cove” bar and grille. It is also in close proximity to the Reunion Grande hotel and clubhouse along with its selection of restaurants and bars.
The spacious living room and dining area have been furnished to an extremely high standard. There is a large mounted cable in the living room. The open layout flows into the fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with the latest appliances and granite countertops. The dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6.
There are glass sliding doors that bring you out to your own terrace balcony with a table and enough seating for 2, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and evening drinks.
The master king en-suite bedroom is furnished with a mounted Flatscreen TV and a spacious en-suite bathroom that has dual sinks, a bathtub, and a large walk-in separate shower. The Queen bedroom has a mounted flat-screen TV and shower/tub combo. The double Queen bedroom also includes a mounted flat-screen TV and shower/tub combo bathroom.

Terms And Conditions:
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
