The Reunion Show Home villa, which was named after being the resort show home, is an amazing 4,342 sq. ft. Villa with 5 bedrooms and 4 full, and 2 half bathrooms, a private pool facing the 8th green on the Watson golf course, a sport-themed garage, and a pool table lounge. This villa is the perfect destination for a vacation of relaxation and luxury.
Enjoy the exquisite view of the 8th green on the Watson golf course from the private pool with a spillover spa. Gather around the pool area and soak up the Florida sunshine by relaxing on one of the 6 sun loungers. No need to head inside to clean up before eating, the pool area is equipped with a bathroom. When you’re ready for a bite to eat, create a delicious meal at the outdoor summer kitchen.
Inside the house, you’ll be greeted by a spacious open floor plan and 11-foot ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and ready for any level chef. Have your choice of 3 different seating areas for guests to enjoy their bite to eat. The breakfast bar seats 3, the kitchen table seats 6, and the formal dining table seats 8. The first floor has a formal living and a lounge with a Billiards table, SMART TV, and a high-top table with bar stools. When it is time to head to bed, choose one of the 5 bedrooms. On the first floor, you will find a Master Suite furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find the rest of the bedrooms. Rental Policies
• Payment Terms - Outside of 45 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 20%, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Inside of 45 days of arrival full payment is required.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
