As you step inside, you will be greeted by an open concept with views of the comfortable living room, formal dining area and a fully equipped kitchen which has all items needed to cook your favorite meal. The main living area has an 75-inch SMART TV and is beautifully decorated to enjoy a lavish vacation. There is plenty of seating for the whole group to comfortably seat with 12 at the dining table and an additional 8 seats at the breakfast bar.
The main master suite is conveniently located on the ground floor with access to the pool deck. The en-suite features a walk-in shower, garden tub and dual sinks. There is an additional King bedroom located on the ground floor with a family bathroom with a walk-in shower.
If you are looking for entertainment in the home, look no more as there is plenty to do that will meet everyones needs! You can enjoy movie night in your own private home theater with 8 leather recliner seats, or head upstairs and spend time in the entertainment loft where there is a plethora of arcade games along with a pool table.
On the second floor is where the remaining 6 bedrooms are located. The kids will have the option of choosing between two elaborately custom themed rooms; Mario Kart and LEGO, both with full/full bunk beds and en-suites. The older guests of the group can pick between the two King rooms or two Queen rooms all with en-suites.
As the days come to a close, there is no better way to end it than taking a splash in your private pool and relaxing in the spillover spa. With seating for 10 at the outdoor dining table, 4 pool loungers, and additional sofa seating for 7, there is plenty of space for the whole family to gather together and enjoy each others company.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
