The great room opens out to your custom kitchen where the cooking enthusiasts of the family may prepare some fantastic home-cooked meals. Just off the kitchen is the large formal dining table with seating for 16 people with additional seating for 8 at the breakfast bar.
Slide open the patio doors and step out to your private lanai where you will find a summer kitchen with a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table. The pool terrace will be your own oasis with a large patio area surrounding your private pool and spillover spa with sun loungers and tables and chairs. For those seeking more backyard entertainment, be sure to take advantage of the ping pong table. • Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
