The kitchen is fully equipped with all the supplies you'll need to prepare a delicious meal. Brew a pot of coffee and enjoy it at the kitchen nook which can seat up to 4 guests or the breakfast bar. For larger meals, bring everyone into the formal dining room which has seating for up to 6 guests.
The home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master suite is located on the ground floor and has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a large walk-in shower and garden tub in the ensuite, along with a large countertop, perfect for getting ready for your day. Upstairs are the other 4 bedrooms which include a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and 2 rooms each with 2 twin beds. There is a shared family bathroom on the top floor with a shower and tub combination and each bedroom has its own Smart TV. • Payment Terms - Outside of 45 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 20%, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Inside of 45 days of arrival full payment is required.• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.

The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
