Welcome to Magic Fairway Oasis! A welcoming 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Complete with a sunny west-facing private pool and a combined game room and movie theater, this villa is perfect for the most relaxing vacation.
As you walk in, you will feel right at home with bright and airy furnishings. The open floor plan offers space for entertaining all guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare home-cooked meals for the entire family. There is a beautiful dining table that seats 10 with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 4. The living area features a Smart T.V. and comfortable seating for 8.
Step out to the patio and soak up the Florida sunshine by the private pool. Take a swim or play a game of basketball in the pool. Enjoy a poolside game of corn-hole or connect four. Pull up a chair next to the patio table under the covered lanai and read a good book while enjoying a refreshing beverage. For additional privacy, you will have no rear neighbors!
Back inside, the game room provides plenty of excitement for all with a Pac-Man multi-arcade, Mortal Combat multiplayer arcade, Jumbo Jenga, a PS5 and XBOX S with a 55" SMART TV and 2 gaming chairs. There is even a Paw Patrol JR arcade for the little ones of the group. Grab the whole family and enjoy a movie in the theater with a 120" movie screen, immersive sound, and 6 recliner chairs.
As the day draws to a close, retreat to the 5 inviting bedrooms. There is a King bedroom located on the ground floor with a full family bathroom. Upstairs, are the remaining 4 bedrooms. The master suite features an en-suite with a walk-in shower. A Queen bedroom located upstairs also features an en-suite. The remaining two bedrooms each feature two beds; one with 2 full beds and one with 2 twin beds with an adjoining shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
