Welcome to the beautiful Golden Sunset Villa. Located in the prestigious Reunion Resort and situated within the Legends Corner community. This beautiful 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath is perfect for your family getaway as its located within minutes from the heart of the theme parks and local attractions.
This villa is a perfect retreat for your family to get away. The home featured something for everyone. The home features something for everyone. The home has a large open floor plan on the first floor, great for entertaining. The living area has plush sofas surrounding the large 55-inch LED TV complete with Blu-Ray player, upgraded Prism TV and Sony PS3. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances makes meal time easy for your group. There is an attached dining area with seating for eight and a breakfast bar for additional seating.
Relax and let the worries and stress melt away whilst you're sitting poolside soaking up the warm Florida sun. Come home from a long day at the parks and fire up the BBQ. Sit at the outside dining area with seating for 6, and watch as the sun slowly sets over the beautiful Golden Bear lake. Green foliage lines the pool area allowing for additional privacy.
The home features three master king suites. For convenience, there is one located on the ground floor with ensuite that has a walk-in shower. The two other master suites are located on the second flood both with private ensuite. The master bedroom located in the rear has a private balcony for more breathtaking sunset views. The kids will love their own themed bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds, the room even has a Playstation 3!
This home also features a theater/games room! Watch all of your movies in the privacy of your villa. Gather the family on a rainy day, or a late-night and watch your favorite flicks on the large projection screen. The games room has a multi-arcade gaming system, an Xbox One, and a foosball table.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 30 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
