This extravagant home can accommodate up to 27 guests with six master suites, three suites and two kids bedroom all with en-suite. As you walk in you will be greeted by the high ceiling entryway that open to the living Walk towards the spacious and open living area where you can find comfortable, plush seating and two SMART T.Vs. Prepare delicious meals in the custom gourmet kitchen with a large central island, spacious walk-in pantry, two dishwashers, 2 over-sized fridge and freezers, and 2 double stoves. Enjoy all your meals at the large dining table that can seat up to 14 guests with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 8. On the ground floor, there are three master suites features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and two of the rooms feature access to the pool deck. Also on the,first floor, you can also find a jam packed, fun filled game room where the kids and even adults will spend hours enjoying each game. • Payment Terms - Outside of 60 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 20%, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Inside of 60 days of arrival full payment is required.
• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
