Step 1: Check In with Reunion Rentals
Once you arrive at your vacation home, simply complete the check-in process provided by Reunion Rentals. This is usually done online or through instructions provided before your arrival, allowing you to go straight to your home and start your vacation.
Just make sure your reservation includes Reunion Resort amenity access. Not all homes have this option, so double-check your confirmation or reach out to Reunion Rentals before arrival to confirm.
Step 2: Pick Up Your Wristbands and Key Card at the Reunion Grande
After checking in to your home, head over to the Reunion Grande — the main hotel building at Reunion Resort. Go to the front desk and let them know:
“We’re staying with Reunion Rentals and here to pick up our wristbands and key card for resort access.”
They’ll look up your reservation, confirm that you’re eligible for resort access, and issue your wristbands and key card for the duration of your stay.
Note: Wristbands are required to use the resort amenities, including the pools and water park, so make sure to pick them up before heading out.
