Located in the upscale Reunion Resort community, The Villas North overlooks The Independence golf course by Tom Watson and is just a short walk from the Villas North splash pad and pool. The Villas North has a quick resort entrance making it one of the closest properties on the resort to the theme parks.
This 3-bedroom vacation condo s living room is spacious, it has a 75 smart TV with cable. The kitchen is ready and well-equipped for your cooking needs. Have your meals at the separate dining area, the dining table has seating for 8. Enjoy the warm Florida weather out on the private patio and relaxing views. The outdoor patio has a dining table with seating for 6 and in addition, 2 Adirondack lounge chairs so you can easily have a meal and beverages while conversing about the day.
This condo offers 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The first bedroom is a king master with a flat-screen tv, cable, DVD player, and access to the patio. Terms And Conditions:
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- Accidental Damage Protection of $59 plus tax will be required against any reported damages or loss to this property and its contents.
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
