Guests will also find a small wine fridge and beverage tray, great for storing those beverages you need to keep cool! A separate high top table offer is an additional four seats for guests. The living area features a 65-inch smart screen TV with a sound bar over an electric fireplace, sure to set the mood right. Relax comfortably on one of several leather sofas and chairs set up for guests to sit back and enjoy their vacation. A half bathroom is conveniently located just off the dining room for easy access.

Sitting in the living room, you can get lost in the amazing view out the back door. Guests will enjoy their own private heated pool with a spillover spa and a large fenced-in private patio, overlooking the Jack Nicklaus golf course. Whether you were looking to have a front-row seat of the green just beyond your fence line or soak up the sun in the lounge chairs this patio is sure to be a perfect paradise on your next trip under the shade. Guests will enjoy additional outdoor dining for six guests, as well as a built-in natural gas barbecue grill and 55-inch wall-mounted smart TV. An outdoor ceiling fan is sure to keep the breeze moving on warm summer days feeling comfortable.

Guests will find one of the living quarters on the first floor. The elegantly decorated king master bedroom features a 65-inch wall-mounted, smart TV, as well as a ceiling fan for additional comfort. The master bathroom features a double vanity, as well as a large shower and a separate water closet. 

If your ideal vacation is not spending a day at the theme park with tens of thousands of other visitors, you will be delighted to find that your vacation home includes your own private movie theater and arcade! In the front of the home, guests will enjoy the front king master bedroom, which features its own private balcony and the front of the house. The private balcony has a small seating area perfect for a light breakfast or catching the sunset. The bedroom also includes extra seating, as well as a wall-mounted, smart TV. The master bathroom features a large shower, as well as a separate water closet.

The little space invaders in the group will appreciate having safe quarters to come home to at night when they nestled into the custom-built bunk bed in the master space bedroom. This room has a custom accent wallpaper and light fixtures. Guests will enjoy the option of a queen bed down below or a twin bed in the upper living quarters. • Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date. Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• Tax is not included in nightly rates
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents.
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• This property has exterior security cameras.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
• This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
