Magical Space & Time is fully air-conditioned and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. This is a Courtyard-style home featuring the Main house and a Annex house separated by the Courtyard and Pool. It is great for multiple families or for the Teens and Tweens to enjoy some independence in their own “house”.  

You’ll find the Magic in the Main house when you step through the front door. You will be welcomed by a Custom stairwell mural with a Castle theme and Stained-Glass window design that holds a surprise for the Princess in your family. But, before you climb the stairs to the castle, make sure to explore the first floor of the home with its newly remodeled dining, kitchen, and living area. 

The open-plan dining and kitchen space is perfect for everyone in the family to come together, cook, and dine together. The fully equipped kitchen is bright & modern, with granite countertops and high-end appliances. Just past the kitchen, you’ll find the beautiful dining table with seating for 7 and additional stool seating for 3 along the kitchen bar.  

Just next to the dining area, you will find the living room which has been tastefully decorated and boasts a brand-new leather power-reclining sofa which is situated in front of a 75-inch 4K Ultra HD smart TV with DirecTV. This is a great place to relax and watch your favorite movies or shows after a long day of shopping or enjoying the many area theme parks.

Just outside the living room and dining area, you’ll find an outdoor patio through a wall of sliding glass doors. The patio is complete with an outdoor table and seating for 6 and features a comfortable outdoor sectional sofa with additional seating for entertaining or just relaxing and reading your favorite book.

The main floor is home to the 2nd Master Suite which opens to the pool and courtyard through a sliding glass door and is beautifully themed with Elegance and Crystals. You will melt into the luxurious King Size bed after the end of a long day and enjoy the open view of the pool and courtyard area. The ambiance is complete with LED lighting in the dresser, nightstands, and ceiling for the ultimate relaxing experience. Enjoy the additional privacy of your own en-suite bathroom with walk-in, tiled shower, and branded décor.

In the hallway, you will find a “Cupboard Under the Stairs” where your kids will feel the magic with a 43-inch Smart 4K HD TV and a PS4 gaming system. 
Complimenting this space is a themed half-bath for all to enjoy.
Scale the castle stairs to the 2nd floor and find a Built-in desk with Dual Monitors and a Docking station to easily plug in your laptop for any of your business or gaming needs. Plug into the Ethernet or use the High-Speed Wifi to get your tasks completed.  

Just across the way, you’ll enter a colorful and wondrous park/playground-themed room with many of your favorite characters and a themed en-suite bathroom. This room features Custom Full over Full Bunk Beds with individual LED Lighting built-in. On the opposite wall is a “doghouse” platform with a built-in slide. The kids and the young at heart will love all of the exciting things waiting in this room for your entertainment. You’ll find a 65-inch 4k smart HD TV with DirecTV and a Nintendo Switch gaming console, pre-loaded with some popular and fun games to play. Something you won’t find anywhere else is the ceiling-mounted projector with an interactive game system that projects onto the floor with dozens of fun games the kids and even adults will enjoy.  

Heading toward the rear of the 2nd level, you’ll be welcomed into an oversized Master Suite that features a luxurious King bed, LED lighting, ceiling fan, 65-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with DirecTV, and a fold-down sofa bed. Surrounded by windows, you’ll be able to take in a gorgeous view of the park right from your room. Or, step out to your private balcony which has an additional table with seating for 4 and a large round sunbed to relax with a book or snuggle with your favorite person.  
Splash away in your large private pool with color LED Lighting and a spillover spa. Catch a Floridian tan in one of the 6 sun loungers or in the oversized sunbed. Or play and have fun with the Tiki toss game, a Giant Connect 4 game, and the poolside basketball hoop. If you want to dine al fresco, have evening drinks, or have a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning, there is a perfect spot under the umbrella at the patio table with seating for 4.  

Across the pool, the courtyard is where your Entertainment starts! It wouldn’t be Magical Space & Time without a theater room with overhead LED lighting, 5.2.1 Dolby Atmos surround sound that makes you feel like your part of the movie, a 4K HD projector, and a large 120-inch screen with amazing picture quality. Three 4K UHD TVs mounted along the wall of the theater highlight many of your favorite movie posters with backlit LED lighting adding to the ambiance.

Snuggle up with a blanket and sink into the 6 high-end, powered, reclining Italian leather movie theater chairs including power headrest adjustment and power lumbar support. Or share a snack at the bar with seating for 4 just behind your movie-watching friends and family.  
The other half of the theater is filled with even more excitement as you’ll find some amazing arcade games including a multi arcade with over 7,000+ classic arcade games to choose from. The arcades are rounded out with 2 side-by-side Fast and the Furious Super Bikes to race your opponents and an Aliens Extermination Deluxe shooter arcade game for 2.   

Finally, heading upstairs above the Theater and Arcade you will enter into “Space”. Enter a warehouse floating in space where the local mechanics are working on a top-secret space vehicle. This Custom Bunk with XL Twin over Twin beds is so unique and fun and you just have to see it to believe it! Each bunk comes with a built-in TV and LED blinking lights that look like stars above your head. Who will come out victorious and claim the top bunk? Across from the bunks is a lifted bay with a larger slide for even more entertainment. And what better to do in space than to sit in your appointed gaming chairs and play the pre-loaded Star Wars game on the Xbox One S with 65” 4K UHD TV, complete with your own Mini Fridge?

The adjoining Jack-and-Jill bathroom is shared with the remaining bedroom which carries the “Space” theme throughout. This room sleeps 2 with a Queen-sized Bed, more custom LED’s and a Spaceship mural and theming. Not to be outdone by the kids in the next room, you’ll also enjoy a 65” 4K UHD Smart TV with DirecTV.

Terms And Conditions:

• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• Tax is not included in nightly rates
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
• Pool heat available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
