This continental style luxury 5 Bedroom 4 Bath situated in the Homestead Landing neighborhood of the exclusive Reunion Resort overlooks the 4th hole of the Watson golf course. Walk into this villa and indulge in the luxury finish throughout this custom home.
Gather around with family friends in one of the three living spaces in this home. Enjoy the billiard room with 60 smart tv on the wall. Our beautiful eat-in kitchen is a chef s dream with expansive granite countertops and a natural gas stove. Whip up a meal and enjoy conversation at the formal dining room. When it is time to retire for the night take your pick out of one of the three large master suites. Enjoy luxury at it s finest in the main king master suite with dual vanity, walk-in closet and soaking tub. The remaining two bedrooms offer two twins which are perfect for children of all ages to have their own space. All bedrooms are equipped with a dresser, ceiling fan and HDTV.

Terms And Conditions:
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Accidental Damage Protection Fee will be required against any reported damages or loss to this property and its contents.
Pool heat is available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If the property has a spa you would need to heat the pool in order to heat the spa.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
- This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
