Welcome to Cozy Cabana. This beautiful condo is located right in the center of Reunion Resort at The Villas South neighborhood. Cozy Cabana offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

As you enter this condo, you will enjoy the open floor plan with incredible views from the private balcony. The fully functional kitchen is very well equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops ready to use to create an elaborate meal or a mid-day snack.

The spacious living room and dining area have been furnished to provide comfort and relaxation with plenty of seating, a large wall-mounted TV, and an Arcade Legends game. The dining area has a beautiful glass dining table with seating for 8. Large sliding patio doors lead out to your private balcony with a table with seating for 4 and additional seating to enjoy meals and drinks alfresco.

The bedrooms of this condo are spacious. The first bedroom offers a king bed with a bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and lastly, the third bedroom offers 2 full-size beds. All bedrooms come with a large wall-mounted TV.

Terms And Conditions:

  • A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm
  • Check-out time is 10:00 am
  • All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
  • Tax is not included in nightly rates
  • An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
  • There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
  • The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
  • We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
