This 3-bed condo is located in The Villas South at Cabana Court close to the heart of Reunion Resort with partial views of the Tom Watson signature golf course.
This large 1,630 sq ft vacation condo is located on the second floor.
This three-bedroom condominium has a spacious living room with a wall-mounted TV complete with cable and DVD player and surround sound. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6.
Large sliding doors lead out to your own private balcony with an outdoor lounge area with a sofa and two chairs with lounge ottomans. Here you can enjoy breakfast and evening drinks while relaxing.
The Master en-suite bedroom has a King bed, a 32-walled TV complete with cable and DVD player. There is a large walk-in closet, an electronic safe, and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub, and a large walk-in separate shower.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, wall-mounted TV, as well as a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two full beds and a TV. There is a large closet and a bathroom.

Terms And Conditions:

- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- Best value properties are typically older, the furniture and contents of the property will, therefore, be subject to wear and tear from use. Older homes may also be more susceptible to mechanical issues. Should a mechanical issue occur, best efforts will still be made to repair or replace or in the shortest time.
